TERMS & CONDITIONS – DELIVERY

• You will receive your order within 2 to 3 days. (eg. Order on Monday, receive on Tuesday or Wednesday).

• Delivery time is between 9am to 2pm (fixed timeslot).

• However, orders placed after 5pm on Fridays will only be processed the next business day when we are back in the office. Please expect delivery date to be later than 2-3 days for such orders.

• A delivery notification will be sent one day in advance via Shopee Chat. Updates via SMS will not be available.

• Due to the perishable nature of rice dumplings, please be at home to receive your purchase. Should no-one be present, the couriers will have to leave the items at your doorstep, and we will not be liable for any damage or spoiled goods.
